Madison LaRosa’s game-high 23 points led eighth-seeded Shore past ninth-seed Gov. Livingston, 44-39, in the first round of the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 2 tournament in West Long Branch. Rylee Drahos added 10 points, while Lily Santi chipped in with seven for Shore (15-12). Santi also iced the game with an important free throw in the last minute of the game. Skylar Dowling scored 14 points for Gov. Livingston (17-11). Shore will battle the winner of top-seeded Rumson-Fair Haven and 16th-seed Spotswood in the quarterfinals on Thursday in West Long Branch....
